Well sure diet is very important to acne how ever greasy foods have not yet been linked to breakouts but further more some of the healthier foods that you are most likely eating are actually going to damage your skin even more. If you suffer from acne dairy products and acne contain specific hormones in them that can trigger the onset of sebum in your body. Sebum being the main substance in acne is one that you would want to limit so limiting these foods in your diet until your skin clears is a very good idea.
